If you’re travelling out of country, whether for work or vacation, a non-durable power of attorney is a wise failsafe in case of accident or injury while you’re away.  Moving, retiring, adopting or having a child, buying a home, or receiving a significant medical diagnosis – these are strategic times to revise your will. Or if you don’t have a will or trust, to create one.
